Salt Yard at the Tatler Restaurant brings tapas, sherry and other delectable Mediterranean delicacies to Focus/16. The award-winning bar and restaurant occupies a pop-up space in the North Dome, and chef Ben Tish has created a stylish menu for the event, with chargrilled lamb, paprika-roasted chicken, stuffed courgette leaves and, of course, the cheese and charcuterie from Spain and Italy for which Salt Yard is known and loved. The setting, a specially commissioned design, is centred around a convivial oval bar – perfect for a tête-a-tête over a glass of something cold and a plate of jamon – surrounded by cosy banquette seating (with leather supplied by Whistler Leather) in a warm colour palette.
